Never considered looking at a used vehicle's use prior to purchase using this method. Is it even relative? The higher average speed the more highway miles? less idling in traffic, fewer shifts?
We just finished another, 1300 mile loop in our 08 denali xl awd with 130k on the odometer. I purchased it about 7 months ago and as previously stated this is the most comfortable road trip vehicle we have ever owned, Even better than our $103,000 03' S-500!
So anyway i was just wondering if i could get some more "miles vs engine hours equals average mph".
Our number's are 130,550 miles divided by 3,692 engine hours equalling and average speed of 35.35.
am i doing the math correctly?
