Engine code P0281 help

So the check engine light came on the other day and after taking it over to auto zone it's throwing P0281 engine code. It's a 02 tahoe 5.3 4x4 with 188k on it

Probable cause

1. Open or shorted fuel injector
2. Open or short in electrical circuit
3. High fuel pressure - pressure regulator

Has anyone dealt with this problem before any help in pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. Fuel injection systems are not my strong suit. Thanks in advance guys

Does anyone know what the resistance is supposed to be on the fuel injectors, I guess i should start there and see if there is a bad injector. The truck is really not running that bad poor mileage is really the only symptom.

So this forum doesn't have much for tech help! Do you guys not service your own trucks? Just install radios and rims?
