Cutouts are for muscle cars, get some longtubes and call it a day your truck is too damn heavy.

Agreed. Buddy of mine threw a cutout on his 06 Avalanche, did nothing but make it more noisy. I personally think it made it a little slower due to having NO backpressure at all, but I can't confirm that...it's just how it felt when I drove it. Your call though.

In that case, roll it. As long as you aren't expecting a performance gain, go for it. I know a couple of guys that were using the QTP unit on their GTPs with no complaints. Not very familiar with the DMH.
