Anyone have any input on these kits?

I am really looking at this one, http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-2006-C...1235bf&pid=100338&rk=1&rkt=30&sd=262629300915

I am currently dropped 3/4 on keys and springs with 24's. I am really looking to clear at least a 33x12.50R20 with a -24 backspacing. at least thats the plan. I understand I may need a rear spacer as the front track width is increased 1.75" per side with the spindles. obviously each kit will require extras pending the configuration I buy, but if I did the 3" spindle I would only crank the keys 1" for the extra lift, If I do 4" spindles then I would still probably run 1" lift on keys. I am also looking at the Z71 springs and the extension for the rear parking brake cable. I am looking at a local sale of 35" Terra Grapplers with Moto Metal wheels that have less than 8k miles on them for $1300, I was originally set on 33's since I have 3.73's and wouldn't have to regear asap, if I go 35's I would regear within weeks.

I am alos looking at a Nelson Performance tune and 4.56 gears.

From what I have read I believe the lift spindles only work for 2 wheel drive? That would be pretty sweet if I was wrong.

I'd go for the second kit, cheaper than the first, and you get the shocks, and the torsion bar tool.

With that one, you'd be able to set the keys low for a 4", would work great with the 33's, and if you crank it to the full 6", you should be able to clear the 35's.
