Hello, all. I just found out my 04' is a flex fuel and do not know much about the E85. I have a BB 93 Octane tune and am wondering if it would be beneficial to run the E85. There is a station right by my house and it is much cheaper than the 91 octane Shell gas.

Let me know your thought y'all.

**** that e85 *********.... thats my opinion...

my limited knowladge also tells me that its harder on the motor, your mpg's will go down, and its made of CORN (sorry, i just dont like corn)

the only pro here is that its 105 octane

i am curious to learn more about its potential advantages, but i still wont be making the switch

I run it and I do not have a problem doing so. In the year that Ive had my truck, I think I maybe put regular in 10 times total.

The rest of the times, I run E85.

Without a window sticker or other doc's how do you find out if your truck is E85 compatible?
