Ds 18 rear door speakers

I’m attempting to put ds18 6.5 speakers in my rear doors (03 GMC Yukon) the hole isn’t big enough and the modification I did didn’t have the speaker sitting flush. Need help please and thank you.

I had some 6 1/2 Infinity Kappa speakers for my rear doors on a 2001 suburban.
When i took the door panel off and seen what was going on, I put the door panel back on and returned the speakers.

You need speaker rings. Look up 6.5 inch speaker rings on Amazon or a car audio website and you'll be fine

As stated above, you need a spacer ring, which should allow you to complete the installation. I recommend that you give Crutchfield a call, and they will provide you with the correct spacer, guaranteed to fit your specific truck.
