The GMC dealer told me it will take 6 hours to drop the gas tank and repair some wires for my Autoride system that run across the top of the tank. Does this sound legit to you guys?

He says he is "taking a little off" to do it for $450!

Thanks,

Sounds like bs to me. I dont know why something would be wrong with the wires unless some how they got cut. But I think all of those wires are pretty well protected. What is wrong with your autoride? I have had to replace all of the components on my autoride and I have never heard of anyone having to have the wires replaced.
