Driver Side Door pull

The driver side door pull on my 2012 Tahoe is falling apart because the cheap plastic core designed and built by Chevrolet fell apart 3 years ago. I’ve seen lots of discussion but no sure solutions other than a $500 interior door panel from Chevrolet. Finding a used interior door panel is impossible. Anyone find a reasonable solution?
