Would y'all put a tube of Dr. Tranny in a good transmission as preventative maintenance?

Although I have used it in the past, I see no need on the trans that is still pretty new. Getting shuddering?

I would not. The same manufacturer sells a fluid for preventive maintenance (which they recommend over dr tranny shudder fixx). Dr Tranny should only be used as an option for shudder issues.

Here is their feedback under Q & A:

"We recommend that you use the LUBEGARD ATF Protectant. This is best for long term benefits and your transmission. It is also the only ATF Protectant approved for use my multiple OEMS. Dr. Tranny Instant Shudder Fixx is a great product however it is a quick fix and does not contain the patented LXE Technology which is needed for a long lasting transmission."

I never had any luck with any snake-oil additives. If you are considering additives, you must have issues rearing their ugly heads, if not...
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
