starting to hate? lol with all the work u should be loving it by now!

question what is the point/benefits of deleting the oil cooler?

The oil cooler on these trucks IMO are useless unless you live in very hot climates and or Tow a lot. With Jersey temps I don't see the point . Plus all the new lines I tried putting in would leak a week or two later. that and the gasket for the assymbly was leaking anyways.

Well new transfer case is in . Finally got this thing pretty sorted out mechanically. down to one leak at the pan but Its more of a sweat so Im skipping it for now.
-bought some window vent visors and put them on.
-Placing a order this Friday for a new set of rear window struts since mine won't even hold the window open.
- That order also has a set of 2 inch drop shackles :help: going to try this whole lower a 4x4 thing.
- Once thats done I plan to do some body work to it as soon as the temps increase.

Think tomorrows a good day to peel the purple tint off the front windows :nono:

Well ordered a set of 2 inch drop shackles and put them in , had the back glass replaced and lift gate shocks. Also started taking off the plastids (only got one side done). Going to give body work a shot this summer.

Move the "Big Truck" to a daily and a start bagging this

If I ever get if out of that shop... maybe but bagging a 4x4 is not a favored choice because of the nightmare to make it work and look good.

Got some new wheels for it , and fixed more crap on it

Ok small update to the beater, Picked up a passenger side door for it since the one on the truck has a good size dent at the bottom. , Also got a set of fender flares for it , noticed the top one has been shaved for some reason. but you don't notice it mocked up to the truck. Also decided I'm going to slap the 4 doors old running boards on it as well. Been busy lately so I haven't had a chance to really put any of it on or get any farther with the resto body work. more to come later

Been a while since I posted sorry , had some health issues over the past couple months (gall bladder removed) and some bad luck but all is well now ... well much better atlas.

Lot of things happened to both trucks.

The factory radio finally shelled out so I went and bought a auto zone special and put it in, Still haven't got the delete pocket , keep forgetting

Some of the bad news , windy day + blown window shocks = broken rear window.

Also tried out some NBS Silverado wheels for a little ,

well I really wanted to do something about that ugly two tone plasti-dip / green top the P/O had done, After I took off the dip I uncovered some pretty half ass body work and some hidden rust so out came the sander and aircraft stripper. because the truck was riddled with tiny rust spots all over and some big around the wheel wells and quarters I replaced the drivers side fender and bought a couple patch panels and took the whole truck down to bare metal. I also replaced the passenger door

Put black primer down and sealed it with a grey primer for now . I replaced the tail lights with the euro lights want it to look as close to stock as possible. also added newer style mirrors and newer saw blades that added some shine. got two issues in the body I want to fix still but probably going with Atlantis blue metallic macco job and call it done.
