The flange on Cv Axel is bending in where it meets the knuckle. I feel like this is incorrect, but not sure what to do, or is it correct? Thanks

i have to ask which part of this do you have in question? looks pretty normal from a quick look, but can look closer at something specific.

I see the flange and the bent part. You would have to seat that flange inside an ident on the knuckle. Does the old axle have that flange? I am guessing not but maybe. I have seen techs remove the flange and reinstall with no problems.

Didya get a little rough on it installing? Or drop it? It's a dust shield.

PNWVietVet- I don't really see your point. "This problem" is most likely connected to the other.
And from what I've seen so far, everyone does whatever they want anyway. Not wanting a pissin match, just simlifying following.

Sorry man. It was said with "tongue firmly in cheek". Sorry you took it wrong. I was joking, I really was! I get your point you made about the other thread. I have not looked in there but I assume the thread you are talking about is the one about "wheels feel like they are falling off".

Yea, I may have went too far with that comment but hell, I went for it.

There was an A-L-E-R-T light flashing and sirens going off in some mods home for sure. "What type of hate and discontent is Ron stirring now"! SHEESH!
