One is for 2000-2002, the other is for 2003-2006 (2007 classic).

The 2003-2006 has an extra-option to turn off the DRL/Auto Headlights. You twist the switch all the way to the left and it turns them off. It is spring loaded and puts it back into auto after you turn the lights off so it will default to Auto when the truck is restarted. This switch will not work in pre-2003 models. To turn the auto lights/DRL off in the pre-2003, you hit the Dome override button 3 times within 5 seconds.
