Differences between 07 and 09 Tahoe LTZ

I have an opportunity to trade my 07 LTZ in on an 09 with basically the same equipment. 52k miles on the 09, mine has 76k miles,certified with 1 year bumper to bumper warranty and 2 year maintenance, oil changes etc. Are there any major differences between the two? Mine seems to have the dreaded oil consumption issue but it's not bad. Any thoughts? Do it, don't do it? The price seems to be very good, $33k. They are giving me $23k on trade for a $10k difference.

No, it has the 5.3. It looks like they changed the transmission in 09.

Price is not bad imo. Hell if it has what you want go for it. Unless you dont want a payment again.

The '09 won't have the heated washers. Trans will be the six speed. It could have the side blind radar mirrors '07's didn't yet have. It will have bluetooth your '07 doesn't have. There are minor differences in the DIC like instant MPG display went away. Can't think of anything else right now.

Thanks guys, dealer is 4 hours away. He says this is the absolute best he can do on price. I think it's a good deal, just not sure I want to drive the 8 hours round trip to get it.

This. If you like getting assaulted, then at least go all out and get one with like 24K on it.
