I had high lead content in mine as well. I chalked mine up to my cheap Chinese aftermarket oil cooler leaching lead into the oil from the solder they used to braze it together.
I also run much longer OCIs than most because I run the M1 EP 15k mile oil and I have a dual remote mount oil filter system and oil cooler. My two filters are equivalent to 4.5 times the stock oil filter capacity and with all of this extra plumbing the oil capacity is 9 quarts, about 8 of which get changed during an oil change because the other quart is in the hoses and oil cooler. So I would expect my numbers to be a little higher across the board due to the oil being in the engine for a longer period of time than others, therefore the metals should accumulate more.
So my numbers will not be a direct correlation to yours.
Having said that, have you done any work to the engine recently?
Do you have an aftermarket oil cooler installed by chance?
Have you used any fuel injectors cleaners or oil additives recently?
I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep your ears open for any new/strange noises and continue to do UOA to keep an eye on it?
My truck recently turned 260k miles and she is still running strong.
