I bought a Denali dirt cheap but hate the Denali front end. What's needed to do a Sierra or Yukon swap

That's an easy one. The grill, bumper and lights are all you need but if you're smart you'll keep the Denali projectors unless you have something better planned.

The Denali grill shares the same mount points on the core support and fenders as the standard GMC grills (I pulled my gmc grill mounts from a denali but run a standard grill) so you don't need to worry about that. Keep in mind if you that if you plan to keep your Denali headlights you'll still need turn signals as those fit differently in the different grills.

Slightly different bumper and grille , but mount up same. Same headlights, fenders , and same hood for all 3... denali, yukon, sierra.

This must be the first post in history where someone wants to convert a Denali front end to a Yukon. You should be able to quickly sell the Denali parts and easily make money after the swap.

Iirc, the brackets for the 03+ sierra bumper are different so you would have to cut off the old ones and weld on new ones, which is why it's not a common upgrade.

That's correct. The frame horn brackets are different. Not too hard to cut off with a torch & grinder. The new horns bolt on

Damn I didn't realize the horns are differnet. My buddy did his and never mentioned it. That's crazy, so horns in same spot just differnet shaped brackets ?
