I have a set of OEM Denali projector headlights for my 02 Yukon SLT.

During my searches of various full size chevy forums I have found a handful of members who have mentioned that the Denali headlights protrude out past the corner of the hood and fender. In other words they do not sit flush like the regular non projector headlights do.

On my truck the only way to get them to fit somewhat flush is to turn the adjustment screw for aiming all the way down, and see nothing at night.

Are there any members on this forum that have conquered this issue?

I had that issue with my aftermarket projectors. I just modified the bracket.

The headlight support panels that hold the headlights and turn signals need to be changed, they are like $20 each at the dealer.
