Denali bench seat conversion

I have got my bench seat for the front of my Denali but I'm having issues tracking down the center dash assembly. I'm looking for the 99-02 version the has the flip down cup holder, 3port light and slide ashtray. I can find the cup holder but I can't seem to find the 3port light and ashtray parts. Can someone help please!
