are you sure? as they turn off when your in park.
Please be more detailed regarding the issue and steps already taken to troubleshoot. From your first post, I have no idea what you are trying to ask.
Have you actually put it in drive with the parking brake on and gotten out to look?
where are you located, If your not in the US they may not even be wired up since they are not required for export vehicles.

btw i've had the tahoe for about a year now and its been this way since i got it
and all tahoe's form the dealer i got it from are this way!
i found the fuses and i checked them and they are ok
any advice?
It all depends on if the wiring for them is already there if not im sure you can order it off off some where like GMPD.It shouldn't be to hard if the wiring is there Ive done it with my other cars and its just a matter of taping wires and relays but i don't know the Tahoe to well.You also might wanna try to Google it.
Only country I know they are requried is canada and only a few requrie it here in the states, But mexico, over east, etc. I dont think care.
Mines work fine dont kno wuts wrong try cleaning the sensor on your dash or sumtin taht lil glass knob lookin thing or trip to the stealer.
Yea try changing out the bulbs, they are just regular 4114 bulbs and can burn out like any other. Still strange though. While ur bulb shopping go ahead and throw some LED's in there.
