2014 Tahoe PPV. Vehicle did not come with key fob remotes though RPO codes indicated the keyless remote option on the vehicle. Attempted to program remote fobs on the vehicle and they would not program. Discovered that the remote control module behind the driver's side D pillar was badly corroded. Replaced the module and and Snap-On Solus Edge scanner sees the module with no DTC's. Programmed remotes using the scanner. Function tested remotes and scanner shows buttons being pressed or not pressed on all fobs. Fobs will not lock or unlock doors.

Currently have tpms light on and service tpms system message in the DIC. New tires and tpms sensors installed. DIC will not go into learn mode from the DIC buttons. Programmed tpms sensors with scanner and Snap-On TPMS 3 tool. Scanner shows presence of tpms sensors and tire pressure of each tire but will not come up in the driver's information center.

Service air bag system message is currently on in the DIC. The only codes that are associated with this system that are active is B0079-80 for the seat position sensors. This is a result of the previous owner installing seats from a 2009 Tahoe and the seat position sensors are not connected. I haven't had time to troubleshoot the wiring and figure out how to get the existing seat position sensors connected or replaced to eliminate those codes.

Any ideas why the data displayed on the scanner will not transfer to the DIC or functions work on the scanner but not on the vehicle?

A new Remote Control Door Lock Receiver must be programmed to your vehicle. The Snap-On can do it with a subscription to ACDelco's TDS.

Was just reading another thread on that subject. I assumed that if the scanner found it that it was programmed. Thanks for the tip. I will look into that.
