215's will work, I ran 215's on my 406 daily.
The problem with those heads is your lose all your low speed port volocity and the truck will feel sluggish. IMO probably the best head for our trucks right now would the AFR eliminator 180 head, and a short duration Comp 4x4 cam around the 212° @.050 and you'll be making over 350HP, those heads just flooooow.

Running 210 runners with a little smaller cam than you have on mine no complaints. Go with Tracy and I think you will be happy. Tracy what adds can he do if he still doesn't like the punch the motor has?

well he will have 4.10's, depending on final tire height, he may have wished for 4.56's 
But with 150 shot, it may be suprisingly fun to drive.

yeah. i got 4.10s and a 150shot. i think that will help the sluggish. thay have to be vortec also? i want to run them but i worried i havent got them yet but i can still get them for 600. just worried i wont be to happy when im rolling the streets with a empty bottle and i wanna get from light to light. i dont feel my bottle but once a month and empty it one weekin. lol i might stick with tha worked vortec heads.. sorry havent got back to yall sirs. haha

if you haven't bought them, even at a great deal, they are better suited to a larger, small displacement motor in a light weight vehicle. You need smaller runners.

yeah. i looked in to it already. im just ganna stick with the vortec heads. herd thay flow good anyways. i got mine polished up a lil anyways. i get all my gaskits and bearings to build this damn motor. i cant wait. im ganna put about 1000 to 1500 miles on it b4 i spray on it tho to be safe.

i will. i just picked up my last part i needed yesturday morning to put it together. im just waiting on my dad to have a day off. he said he wanted to help me do it.
