I’m selling a Corsa touring muffler. I cant remember the kit part number and it appears to be discontinued now but it is for 2007-2014 SWB Tahoe, Yukon Denali, and Escalade 6.2L. I’m going back to the sport muffler and changing to the dual tips so I will also be selling the pipe and black tip once I replace the bumper.

$400 shipped for the muffler. It is currently installed but will be removed this week.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question; But is the Corsa muffler 3.0” In/Out or 3.5” In/Out?

I think the biggest thing about this muffler vs the stock one is the pipe goes in and out the middle on the Corsa and the factory muffler is offset so if it were being welded in place of a factory muffler then they might have to use a little pipe as well.

I am not sure about fitment of your specific part, but a PO installed a Corsa cat-back system in my 04 Tahoe Z71. I love the sound! This is a video clip of mine, in case you want to hear what it sounds like on a 5.3L...

You’re exactly right, but it’s doable and certainly easier to accomplish with readily available 3” stainless steel exhaust pipe and offset elbows.

I did this on my ‘15 Yukon XL Denali with 3.5” factory piping. Mines welded in place of the factory muffler, flap removed and left the OEM resonator in after the rear axle. I love the sound, I’ve got a 3.5” Corsa Sport muffler from a Silverado/Sierra kit. With the factory resonator left in its comparable to a Corsa “Touring” set up.

This is with (2) 30 degree elbows back to back:

Don’t mean to hi-jack. Just wanted to post that it is for sure doable and the result is great.

This sounds more like a Sport muffler by the way. The Touring is the quieter muffler.

I know they are not cheap brand new! The sport version is about $1,100 for the muffler and tail pipe.
Touring is running $1,300 or so.

$400 for like-new seems like a good deal just the muffler.
