Wasn't that happy the way the grill sat on the edge so I decided to make them apart of the kick panel...Sorry rockymt no leather for this now, it just won't work with the flush grill...Now I'm happy with it!

3 passes with premium body filler and some skills with a hand sander and I end up with this!

Actually I am going to the "VIP" style interior with brand new black leather seat covers on the Escalade seats I'm putting in, covering everything I can in the 6 black cow hides I have, door panels, sub box in the back, plastic trim, escalade center console pieces, and as much of the dash as I can. Everything black, except a copper headliner.

Done with the re-enforcing of the back of the kick panels. After applying the tiger hair to the back of the woofer area it is super solid and will never crack, so there is no need for a layer of fiberglass matting. Tomorrow I will be giving the tiger hair on the back a quick sanding to make it somewhat flat so that the dynamat will have a nice surface to stick to.

Hey Copper about how much do you think it would cost to change my interior from tan to black? '04 Denali

Keep your eye on ebay man, I found my brand new OEM black leather seat covers for $100, some close out deal. Front captains, and the 60/40 rear seat, I was happier then a pig in shit..
I have yet to get into re-covering the tan 05 escalade seats I have with the black ones, but I don't think it will be that difficult. Get yourself some covers and I'll help you out...

but all those other edges will. it isn't the area directly behind the speaker that cracks, it is the edges against the floor, in my experience. The only thing holding mine together after a year was the dynamat.

Yes sir, Highs Lows and Fogs, 8000K. I have a set of OEM Denali projectors, but I think I will be retrofitting Acura TSX projector lenses into the denali housing. The output and dispersement should be far better.
