Fixing oil leaks and hoping not to have to replace the rear main seal
Can I pressure wash this or not even pressure wash it but hold it down and spray it down with a pressure on the water hose to clean it up cuz I still have to replace the valve cover gaskets and the camshaft position sensor and then oil pressure sensor I'm going to replace as well but I don't want to take the valve covers off and have all that dirt and grime fall down inside the heads and I don't want to have problems in the future with knock sensors I know that wetting them causes big problems.
I've also got a replace the motor mount and last time I did this it was a hassle we could have had no engine hoist to like pull the motor forward so my only option is to put a chain around the back part of the motor right there on that metal bar or whatever and then hook it to a strap and then use my big gigantic pine tree to pull it forward so that I can line the boats up correctly and I have no other option but to take intake off so it was kind of win-win situation I can fix everything and and do it the only way I can figure out on doing it without engine hoist.
I am however going to pop the boot and make sure that they're going in good shape down there and then put some silicone down and seal the boot to the the top cover.
I've got metal intake gaskets I've got everything I need I just have to do it but I don't want to do something wrong
