Found this on GM Authority:

“General Motors has started a Customer Satisfaction Program for certain examples of the 2022 model-year Chevy Tahoe and Suburban, as well as the 2022 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, over an issue related to over-the-air software updates.

The problem: affected vehicles may have a condition in which a ‘Download Paused’ message appears on the central display screen while attempting to download and install an over-the-air (OTA) update.”

I’ve had my ’22 Denali since February of this year and frequently check for OTA updates, has anyone with a ‘22 actually had an update yet?

I have the same question - has anyone with a 2022 ever had an OTA update yet?
