Not that I have ever heard of. Typically, once the damage has been done by worn out plugs, wires, oxygen sensors and other sensors....etc., the catalytic converter needs replaced and typically should have the oxygen sensors done at the same time.

Some people will put chemicals in their fuel, such as mineral spirits, and claim that that cleans up their cats. Another method is to drive around in 2nd or 3rd gear for a spell to get the cats really hot so whatever has clogged them up burns off. My experience has been that these are temporary solutions at best. As Ron states, when they're done, they're done.

are you referring to your 2017 and it already needs the cats replaced? 430 for the whole y pipe cat assembly is kinda pricey.
No, I'm talking generally.

well as a broader response there are cheaper options than replacing the whole front catted section. a cat to match with a 4cyl can be purchased for roughly 60 bucks. roughly 100 for a 3in and out for some trucks. prices with cats jumps pretty far depending. if you go with a universal fit and do the work yourself you can replace a cat under 100 bucks or 150 for somr trucks.
