Either: "I know I can duplicate your problem so the repair should be 100% accurate". Or..... "That was some earthquake we had last night, huh!" Or.... "We still do not understand why the burglar picked on your vehicle but we will get to the bottom of this, I assure you". Or.... "We think we have that oil and coolant leak pinpointed now".

Was running a large shop gobs of years ago. Vehicle left on a hydraulic lift in the air overnight. The tech left a tall exhaust support stand under it. Next morning the rear was in the air and the nose was on the ground. Leaning at an angle. That stand sure surprised me. Got a tow truck. Attached at the rear and lifted slightly. Removed stand and lowered SLOWLY. No undercarriage damage but the nose was scraped. Small insurance claim.
