Can i powder coat my front bumper?

I have a family friend that owns a powder coating business. My front bumper on my 04 escalade needs paint badly. Does anyone know if I can powder coat it? I got quoted $400 to have it wrapped. Haven't gone to a paint and body shop yet.

You can powder coat any metal. ( You can even color it chrome , black chrome or any color)
