Quick little update and a temp delay. First, Ms Jane posted the pic she took at the track the other day, go like her page on FB, she takes good starting line pics.

So the track decided to have a formal reopening friday night, prep and I think they got one side of the timing system going. Here is the video:






However, I was not there. I found a deal I couldnt pass up and skipped the track.

It's awesome that you have a track not far from you. I'm 3 miles from State Capitol and I rarely ever get a chance to go any more. :(

On board air and boost leash is installed and working well.

Tubular front came in handy. 1 hour fix and the track day wasn't ruined.

Long story short, one of the walbro 450s died. One pump, 12 psi on e85, 10.3 @ 90mph letting off after the 8th. Man she felt good though. New pump and we will try again.

The last time out i had no boost controller and was on wastegate only which had a 7psi spring, and the car made exactly 7psi. This time i put 10 psi on top of the gates and it made 14psi. Anything over 12 the afr would go in the 13s and injector duty cycle went over 100% which indicates its out of fuel. When i tested the pumps one wasnt running, so i called it a day. And yeah, it felt way better there then at 7psi.

Dead pump or wiring/relay/etc.?

Better than dying during a run at WOT and boost!

Pump if i could guess. I could count on one hand how many relays ive seen fail in the last 20 years of working on cars.
