My airride stuff is completely gone. Of no use to me. When I did so, I installed resistors on all 4 corners, yet I'm still getting the SSS light.

I've removed the sensors/rheostats, and pulled the compressor from the truck...did the compressor need to stay?

Yes. The compressor and ride height sensors all need to stay. There are sensors and stuff in the compressor that the suspension computer monitors and controls. The ride height sensors are also used for the StabiliTrak, so they need to stay for that system. The resistors only mimic the shocks when they're removed.
