Unfortunately I rear ended a little Mazda HB the other day. Yukon is ok, but I have brake issues (was absolutely standing on them when we hit). When running the pedal stays about half way down and the brakes act like the pedal is being pushed. I can lift the pedal with my left foot while driving and it’s fine(only drove it 7mi home like this, been parked since).

I can hear a vacuum leak under the dash, but can’t pinpoint it.

Throwing 2 codes C0299-5A brake booster large vacuum leak detected

C0161 antilock braking circuit brake switch circuit

Thanks in advance for any insight

Sounding like your vacuum booster is busted.
Listen for the leak in the engine compartment by the brake booster/master cylinder.

You can hear it in the engine bay and the drivers footwell. Kinking the main vacuum line going into the booster makes the noise stop. Removed booster, just a little fluid from master in the bottom of it. Could this be from the vacuum leak or do I need to replace both? Master isn’t low and I never have to add fluid.

Replace the master cylinder too.
