Brake Controller No Power

Our 2009 LTZ did not have the Integrated Brake Control. I just installed a CURT controller. I do not have power on the Red/Black wire on the factory Electric Brake Control Wiring Provision.
I see something in the owner manual about "two circuits are installed in the under hood electrical center, but the wires are not connected". Anyone have an idea, or how to connect those wires if that's my problem?

Probably just need to connect the 12v at the underhood fusebox, and maybe add a fuse.

Found both the wires as the video showed. Should be simple connection now. Thanks for the info and video!

The two studs on the front of the under hood fuse box are already fused within the box.
