I believe they finalize everything 2-3 weeks out before the scheduled meet date.......

We are for sure a "go" on this meet so no need to worry there.

As for next steps, JZ BLK 06 has it right, about two weeks prior to the tuning meet I will send out an email to those people who sent in deposits asking for preferred time slots so I can make the schedule. Then a few days prior to the meet, I will send out your confirmation email.

The meet isn't until mid-April so I'll be in contact in a few weeks! Stay tuned...

No need to give us any info as of right now. I'll be sending out an email approximately two weeks prior to the event to those who have submitted deposits where I'll be asking for info on your vehicle, etc. Nothing to do until then - thanks!
