Well update thought i should add this to the build thread DD kit and install finished and i couldnt be happier i highley reccomend the detailss kit parts were in made verywell and not cheap. I conacted the owner on facebook and he was very nice and helpful in giving me more pictures , advice and confidence in finishing it. The head unit i love. I didnt want a screen for personal reasons maybe down the road. But i wanted somthing that would look near stock in apearence with a few whistles onto the pics ;

I really love all the colors of backlighting and color combos i can choose from 3 way color or variable changes while i drive or all solid or half an half you get the idea i will be making a sticky soon to show how to do this alos thanks for the compliments guys

they are awesome , at first they were a wow didnt relize they were that big but they grow on you fast and as for visibilty x10 , only thing i was concerned about was the added weight if they would shake but the added bracket that comes in the kit takes care of that . they are powered but the female conector and male dont match next weekend im going to see if i can just re wire them or solder the older design back into them as long as the color of wires match

lol do it ! and yes they are powered and direct replacement one of the easier mods ive done probally took me 20 mins each side ,however the female and male connectors dont match next weekend im going to splice into them and see what i can figure out . you can get them unpowered also and with side markers I wanted the side markers but couldnt pass up the deal on them

the mirriors will look good IMO they dont look right on stock height trucks but your good there id say do it ill update how my wiring goes this weekend
