Best plain inside rear view mirror?

I see some Donnelly E8011084 from '99-'03 on ebay...

But the current Genuine GM ones on rockauto look different..

I don't like my LED corner display, and figure I might as well get a full mirror. (without onstar buttons or passenger airbag indicator)

I hadn't noticed my 06 mirror (has the Onstar buttons) has a smaller mirror surface area than my 99 Silverado until now...

My 04 is missing the mirror. I'm actually gonna steal the mirror from the 2000 K3500 OBS I'm parting out, just 'cause it's there and I need one...
