these go on the coil springs themselves. IF you are factory ride height, this would add 1" of height to your truck.

Your air ride system may be affected meaning it may think its pumped up higher than it actually is, causing maybe a softer ride etc. I am not sure how that would affect anything while driving. What is your goal ? truck sitting too low?
