Base model long body headliner help

I know this is an absolute unicorn vehicle but does anyone have a Suburban with no sunroof and no overhead tv?? Grabbed a non-sunroof headliner for my truck today and this is what it had for an overhead console in the rear. The slot had hvac control in it (junkyard wanted $100 for it so I left it) Just curious if anyone else has the same one
