I have keyless entry and every door locks but the back doors I have to push the doors in for them to lock

I've already tried cleaning the contacts its has to be something with the door itself or the actuator

did you check for power from the connector, can you hear the actuator trying to engage.

Barn doors?

If so your contacts are on a spring and if you have to push for it to ‘lock’ then you spring on those contacts are shot. Dies rear defrost work? That comes thru there too.

It doesn't try to engage unless I press the door in, its as if something is keeping the door from closing all the way but nothing is there except the seal

When you press the door in, you might be completing the circuit because the contacts aren’t... contacting

Once these vehicles get older (10+ yrs and value drops to almost zilch) it is hard to justify buying OEM replacement parts especially on a noncritical item like a electric door lock actuator.
I cheaped out and went with a Fexon 34 dollar part on my 2009 Tahoe rear drivers door. At almost 350 bones for a GM part I could change that puppy out about 10 times LOL Doubt if this +10 year old truck with 220k will outlast this latest elcheapo made in china door lock actuator.
Pic attached of the one that came out and YES it already had an aftermarket in there (made in Taiwan) so only got eight lives left LOL IMG_9307.jpg

Absolutely I don't see the sense in some of these guys spending 2,3,400 bucks on something from GM you can find aftermarket for 35. It's a ******* door lock for Christ sake. Unless you got money falling out of your ass to burn then I can understand...
