OBS Jedi-Do Good
How does this paneling detach from the rest of the dash. Pried at what was thought to be retainer clips (small black squares from the outside)with no luck. Have to fix the power sockets.

Those little black squares are like a retainer pin that goes in to a clip that expands and holds the panel in place. I have been successful in removing the panel the old fashioned way but I broke one of the clips on the panel. Luckily I was able to find one at a junk yard for a couple of bucks. Keep working the squares out and figure that you may have to replace one or 2 because the head broke off.
