Yes the rear passive shocks have air - so they retain the ride height adjustment same as factory. And the passive Arnott’s have a resistor built in with a factory style wire harness that bypasses the magnaride all the way around - so they are plug and play! Best upgrade/repair I’ve made to my Denali XL! Bypassing the magneride makes a TON of difference! So much smoother!
And I’ve done a ton of other upgrades to my XL…deleted the vacuum pump, added catch can, power stop tow/haul brakes all the way around, replaced A/C compressor and condenser, water pump, thermostat and sensor, deleted AFM via tune, all new belts, etc etc…it has 178K on original 6.2L and trans and runs better than it ever has and still averages 23-24mpg on the highway w a 89 tune via Diablo I3 tuner.
