I was telling some folks about this on another forum and they didn't believe me. The air flow control on the dash vents works opposite of what is intuitive. Rotating it towards the big arrow yields less flow and shuts off while rotating in the direction of the small arrow increases flow.
Was this a quality issue that was remedied at some point or does anybody else have this? 2007 Escalade ESV.
