Well make sure all your wiring is first before you start deciding what fuse to put in it. How many amp is the fan? post up pics of the wiring you have.

The Ford efan is wired in where the "FAN MOTOR" is shown in the diagram - You need two bosch relays to split the load and a temp probe thermister to activate/deactivate the fan (where it says TEMP SWITCH) which is mounted to the radiator core . You can control the amount of run time the fan is "ON" by simply varying the placement of the probe ... if You put it next to the radiator inlet , the fan will kick in and run alot . If You mount the probe near the outlet like I did , you let the radiator do most of the cooling and the fan only comes on if there is no air moving through the radiator , like at a traffic light or sitting idle . Turning on the A/C will automatically power on the fan using the supplied wiring diagram plus manual override switch . I don't take the credit for this sweet wiring setup - I found it on the 'net posted by some kind soul :)
Best one I've found to date , and there are many floating around .

I got the diagram except the temp switch. Does it only have a ground? (Looks as such) Where can I get one?

E-fans for OBS

Hi guys ,

Clearly I under-estimated the group interest in getting rid of our (OBS) inefficient and noisy OEM belt-driven clutch fan cooling ... rather than hijack Clean95's thread I will post an easy to follow "how to" along with pictures if members with questions need some help - PM or request here and I'll put it together provided there is interest :)

New to the site, this place is awesome!!

Thanks for the great ideas. I am so doing this mod.
Did this "how-to" ever get posted anywhere? A quick search proved fruitless for me.

Would like to see more mounting details from Onebadsuv.
