I had the HC for about 2 weeks and up on the dash a Air ride suspension fault. In to the dealer service and I was told it was probably frozen due to a car wash.. I was told to wait a couple of days and it might go away. It didn't, back to the dealer and they had it for a couple hours and said it was the module was intermittently sending bad info but they had it working until a new one came in. It worked while I was waiting for the part, no issues. Drop it back off and pick it up a few hours later. On the way home a new warning and cruise control-lane keeping and a few other things won't work, also won't let me go faster than the speed limit which isn't so smart on our highways. Another bad module...I am not so happy now.
I traded my Land Rover Defender in for this "reliable" vehicle. I had my Rover in 2 times in over 2 years , I have been back 5 times so far in a month with the Chevy.
I can't believe it...I love the vehicle but C'mon man....

Based upon my experience with my 2024 Tahoe Premier and my wife’s 2025 Equinox RS AWD (both purchased new) - GM has done a miserable job of software development and integration.

GM continues to sell new vehicles KNOWING there are software defects in them. Their plan is to issue TSB’s stating there are known problems and engineering is working on them.

GM’s other poor service issue is the inability to provide repair parts in a timely manner for vehicles under warranty.
