Hello!
5 years ago on “White Steamboat” there were thresholds - steps made of stainless pipes from "Manik".
Stylish but not practical!
I will make aluminum and stainless steel. The mounting brackets to the frame are made of stainless steel and titanium.
The first version used an aluminum channel from a sheet of 6 mm. At first, the brackets were made of carbon steel.
Channel ends rounded by welding in argon
The powder coating of the channel - hung it on the brackets - put a sheet of corrugated aluminum on top.
On the front surface scrolled recesses in the style of rims KMC HD.
P.S. Continued perversions with thresholds should be .....
They will be slightly adjustable in accordance with the size of the body lift. And quick-detachable.

Отличное качество работы. Они выглядят очень хорошо.

;)

In order for the thresholds - steps to be quick-detachable and slightly adjustable in height, other brackets are needed.
I make from stainless steel and from titanium for less weight.
First I drew sketches in a format for laser cutting.
Further - a matter of technology, bending and welding.

Found an aluminum profile 160 * 50 mm.
As always, the ends are rounded by welding in argon.
Powder coating - put a strip of corrugated aluminum on top - + glamorous edging on the outer surface and a Chevy butterfly made of polished brass.

P.S. The next **********:) will be from polished stainless steel.

[QUOTE = "Тониродз, должность: 1413335, участник: 18914"] Чертовски хорошая работа. Ты сможешь заработать деньги, продавцы их в Америке! [/ QUOTE]

Tony, thank you for evaluating my perversions!:)
But, for me, "making money" is secondary ...
The process, experience and the path traveled is more important to me.
By the way, it also happens that the result of my work does not suit me.
But, the path is important in that it must be traveled!
But further about the result that I liked.
In the summer of 2018, 10 meters of stainless profile pipe 80 * 40 * 1.5 mm fell into my lascivious hands.
And glamorous fantasies began to torment my weak mind;) .....
Further, as usual: cutting - welding - polishing ....
