Going to be a pain in my ass.. But I got all new door handles (Smooth finish) and had them all painted to match my truck.

So today I am going to put them in. Pain in the but taking off all the door panels... But should look nice when she's done! :)

i did that same thing some time ago. more effort taking the door panels off than anything. handles are smooth, instead of grainy

Yeah, post some pics. Sounds like one more thing I didn't know existed and now can't possibly live with out.

really?
it doesnt look like a PITA, only a couple nuts or bolts that hold them in and the lock rods unless there's more to it than I imagined

well.. your right.. but its getting to that point, you got to take all the door panels off. Just got to take your time not to break any tabs thats all..

Here's the stool... SO far... Nothing but gas pipe and a conduit bender. Got the torque converter and motor mount on tonight..

Welp - put them all in this weekend.. Looks great, Actually was not bad at all. Back doors were cake, front doors were a little more difficult.. Maybe took about an hour start to finish.

i did mine with escalade handles. my doors were a pain in the ass. i had to use my dremel to cut the rivets cuz they were rusted on and they wouldnt side out. also had to use a metal pin to hammer out the rivets.
