Outside of front tires were wearing funny and chirping on slow tight turns, looks like some toe-in as I was suspecting.

Doesn't seem like much..almost within range?

How does it look? I've had mine aligned and everything was green but my tahoe looked liked like it was Pidgeon toed and it destroyed a set of tires within a year, I took it to another shop for alignment and new set of tires and now the tires are pointing straight and are straight up and down perpendicular to the ground

Couldn't tell difference visually. Looking at the printout, it may have been off .1 degree?

I did not align it before the 2" level, but the old tires were worn evenly.

In your case, I think that was a bad shop the first time.
I have experienced a bad shop before and was worried, but this new shop seems legit..
