i got a price list in front of my for 15k in new parts.... and im BUYING a welder.. and hiring a kid from tulsa welding school because i think itll be cheaper that way than paying installation..

My wheels im getting... $5400.. with 30% off for being the only lowered suv with them.. Plus $1700 in tires..(one company wanted $2600 for tires same ones)

IM excited though.. me and you need to meet at some mid way show and do a TYF photoshoot

i have turned down offers in the 16k-18k range for my bike 4 times this week.. and its getting harder... i really want 25 and i have had THAT offered twice but ones mom died and he got all tied up in stuff and one decided he couldnt afford the $250 a month to insure it with the mods..

as soon as i say yes to someone , itll start.. takes 6-8 weeks to build the wheels, and its possible i wont be able to do some stuff till there here.. im going to start ordering stuff now though..do the full roof sliding rag top, think i might be able to get most the cutting done with just the tires as a template... rear end narrowed.. yada yada

my hope? Completely done new paint interior , ready to show, february? march? def pre summer.

honestly im hopping i can have mine by the end of the year. That would include finish bag job, console from dash to speaker box, and then everything put back in.

sick.. yea.. with an 8 week build time on the wheels alone there is no way i could pull that off.. lol.. i can drop the body mounts and whats cool is i can get the frame built around the tires.. then get the rear end shortened to match the wheels.. then mount the rear end to the new frame and be done.. my goal is a stock ride.. at 3'' from framed out.. that will be sexy. i cant wait to drag it.

I have also had a 5 month head start too haha and im only this far. but it took some time for us to find someone to shorten the rear end. From what i gathered the denali rear end is bigger in dia then most rear ends. One guy cut it then it was sent to tenn to get welded back up he didnt realize it wouldnt fit his jig to after he cut.. Then we waited about 2 weeks to find out if we were getting the 28s then it took 3 weeks to get the wheels. now we are waiting on 1 other thing which will take about 2 weeks to do if we do it. i dont want to speak on right now.

we are cutting the back half off and have to narrow it yada yada.. so the kits will fit for me regardless..its not like im planning on it being a bolt on know what i mean.. i just like the way that its wall kinda fabricated and the geometry is there so you just but it up and weld it on
