Air blowing???Rht side next to third row seat?

Picked up me Esky from the shop and noticed I was hearing something like a fan blowing in the rear I hadn't even started the truck? I went out earlier and its staying on constant don't know what the hell they did they just put on rear air ride and plugged everything back up? Its right by the 3rd row seat air is coming out the small vent anybody know what this is....

The lower right vent by your knee on that side panel passenger side. I think it may be a blower motor. I don't understand what happened. Everything is off but it runs with no keys in the ignition or anything.
