Does anyone have the parts and instructions to add a wireless charger to my 2018 Tahoe LT? The console seems to have the model inset in it and the rubber top that would allow for charging.. Haven't opened up back to see if there is a connector available for true plug and play vs. taping into 12v.

Any input appreciated

There's a thread for this but I can't find it. Can anyone link it here please?

Are these the most up to date parts that accommodate the larger phones?

It looks like 19421449 is showing to be the updated one on the gm parts direct website.

I have tried an iPhone 11 max. It does not lay completely flat, but it will indicate charging.

So I see the module was updated by GM. Was the pad ever updated?

If so, what is the new pn.

They sure are proud of the silver tray the pad goes in.

The pad was updated for 2018, the new one has 10 ridges on it and old one had 9. I ordered one with the part number that is above in the illustration but it was exactly the same as the one i had. #23264395. I did update the center console to accept an iphone 12 max. I just got a new tray liner, which is part 84017364 and took my old one and just dremeled the edges alittle and the case and phone now lay flat and charge with no problem. I had the black liner and not the silver (thats expensive) and with the minimal trim it does look good. I just bought a new one to give to the new owner in case they wanted to restore to stock.

Thanks for the tip on the dremel trick. I'm probably going to try it. Does it look OK or did the dremel leave it with a gap?

No, the dremel did not leave a gap, i just gradually moved the edges back all the way around, i just give it a little smoothing. I will try and post some pictures.

For an iphone 12 pro max, the phone does fit at the top of the tray but the edges are bevelled down to the rubber pad, its the bevel i smoothed out. Now i did have the black surround and i really dont know how the dremel will work if you have the silver piece.

I have the black tray. Sure post up some pics if you have them, that would be great!
