replacement springs would be best but if that is to much in cost then how about add air springs. $275.

I have them in the rear but they are not maxed out either. In pic below. They will give you a ****** in the rear if you use max pressure with no load on them.

Well I was mainly looking at the add a leaf because I already have lift blocks out back.. I mean if I could get springs that tall that would be great.. especially if I could eliminate the blocks.. But I am working on somewhat of a budget, so getting the cheapest fix wouldn't hurt either.. although I would like to aim for the best components for my build. I've only ever seen those air springs in the store as a helper for towing.. where did you get yours?

Amazon. use the firestone link below to find the proper kit and shop around using the kit number. There are generally used for load support but for now ther are adding hight to my rear until spring packs are replaced after which automatic leveling controls and a compressor w/ tank will be added so I leveling will be automated and air is available for other things later as well.

ok thanks. So you wouldn't recommend doing the add a leaf, or you just have a higher opinion of the other two options?

true.. Do you think there will be an issue with the airbag being able to stretch out far enough though? I have a 6" suspension lift on it..

I got 5" tapered steel blocks and a add-a-leaf in my 6" suspension setup, and I can tow heavier shit and gave my truck the needed lift in the rear.

Did you buy the blocks separate? If so, where did you get them? I'm not exactly sure how tall my rear blocks are.. but i don't think they are quite 5". They probably came with the kit, which was already on the yuke when I got it.

I would love to be able to put new springs on here.. But for now I need to do this on somewhat of a budget..
