Ac rear lines, has anyone ever used these

Nope. Interesting though with the rubber lines. As long as the rubber is good quality and the crimps are decent, it may be a reasonable solution.

i put very similar rubber lines on my 05 xl denail about 4 years ago. My evap was leaking and when i went to change it the lines were corroded to the evap so i had to change lines and evap core.

lines worked good, the smaller rubber line fits in the larger aluminum line bracket under the truck. then zip tied the larger rubber line to the smaller rubber line to get a decently clean install. i did put some foam on the lines to try and keep from rubbing thru in a few spots.
